Regime’s helicopters drop leaflets on the northern countryside of Homs for the fighters to turn themselves in

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received copies of leaflets dropped by regime’s helicopter on areas in the northern countryside of Homs, they say: “((Forty kind of ammunition…. await you, capable of destroying targets (ground – underground – shelters – and fortified areas) )), ((safe passage card, the holder of this card is allowed to cross the Syrian Arab army checkpoints safely – Syrian Arab army will provide medical assistance and food for each one who carry this card – cooperate with the Syrian Arab army and leave the military operation ground in order to preserve your precious life )), ((the last quarter-hour, Dear armed, it’s time for the truth… the world is changing rapidly… the army is coming, think about yourself, waiting cost you your life, do not hesitate, hurry up and drop your weapons to keep your life and your future))”
