The leaders of “Islamic State” discharge Wali of “Al-Khair state” and bring him before judge because he treat members and leaders in the organization badly

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the “Islamic state” discharged Wali of “Al-Khair state” which includes large parts of Deir Ezzor province, (Wali is a position in the “Islamic State” organization, something like alderman), the Wali is known as Abu Saad al-Shami, he is from Sluk area in the northeastern countryside of Al-Raqqah, the organization discharged him after receiving many complaints which reported that he sentenced and punished nearly 100 ISIS member on various charges, which created a considerable tension among the organization’s members, until he punished the Moroccan Abu Imama who serves as “Fakih of Al-Khair state and Emir of the Diwan of mosques and calling for Islam” (Faqih means an Islamic jurist, an expert in fiqh, or an Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic Law, and Diwan means office in the “Islamic State” organization), the Wali Abu Saad al-Shami said that the decision of punishing Abu Imama came in response to his objection about decisions of the Wali, where the Moroccan Abu Imama said to Abu Saad al-Shami: “Fear ALLAH, enough punishing the brothers” (by brothers he means the members of the organization), where reliable sources confirmed to the activists of the Observatory that the Wali put the Moroccan Abu Imama in prison for about a month, and then he transferred him to “Anbar state” in Iraq.

The sources also said that putting the Moroccan Abu Imama in prison and transferring him to “Anbar state” was the thing that pushed the leadership of the organization to discharge the Wali Abu Saad al-Shami and to put him to trial, also intersecting sources informed the activists of the Observatory that the organization chose the “public relations officer in al-Mayadin city” who is known as Abu Khattab al-Iraqi as a caretaker of the “state” until appointing a new Wali and finishing the trial of Abu Saad al-Shami, also the Observatory’s activists noticed a state of pleasure among the organization’s members, after the decision of discharge and the trial of Abu Saad al-Shami.
