The “Islamic State” require people coming to headquarters and hospitals to put “medical mask”, doctors confirm infections and deaths because of “bird flu”

The “Islamic State” is still require people coming to headquarters and hospitals to put “medical mask” in most areas of Deir Ezzor province, in order to prevent the infection’s spreading from patients to the members of the organization or to other citizens, the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed by intersecting sources that the organization started this procedure after the death of four people from one family, they were taken over a week ago to the town of al-Mayadin in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor for treatment, they showed symptoms of vomiting, nose and gums bleeding, blood mixed with phlegm, high temperatures and coughing as well as other conditions associated with it.

Medical sources also confirmed to the activists of the Observatory that these four people are suffering from the “bird flu”, and that these four people have appeared in the town of Beqres near al-Mayadin and that they were three men and a girl, three men were moved to Al -Raqqah province for treatment, but people who were transferred from Shaddadi to al-Mayadin have died due to lack of necessary equipment and medicines, and the lack of medical staff and lack of experience in dealing with such serious and infectious diseases, also the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that a fear state prevails among the citizens in the “Islamic State” controlled areas, from the possibility of the spread of this disease, amid the absence of necessary medical care, and lack of medical staff expert of addressing these diseases, and especially because most of the area depend on poultry breeding and feed on its products.
