Regime forces target areas of Der-Ezzor countryside
Der-Ezzor province: Warplanes raided al-Baghilia area amid regime’s bombardment on areas of Mahimdia and al-Hesan villages. SOHR activists observed the IS detaining 3 men in a metal cage in al-Jaradiq yard in al-Miadin city for escaping al-Hesba prisons and selling cigarettes.
