Raids and arrests in Der-Ezzor city

Der_Ezzor province: Regime forces raided al-Jora, and al-Qosour neighborhoods and arrested a number of civilians after accusing them in making tunnels. The arrested a man and lashed him inside a prison for selling cigarettes.
