“Internet Wi-Fi devices” cause the arrest of an internet café owner and the subscribers of the network

Deir Ezzor Province:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that the “Islamic state” closed an Internet café and arrested its owner in the town of al-Bokamal in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor on charges of “running Wi-Fi network in secret”, the organization arrested all people subscribers to the Wi-Fi network, while a person was killed in an aerial bombardment on areas in the city of Deir Ezzor.
