IS kills 26 seals and their commander in Tadmur city

Homs province: SOHR documented the death of 26 from the seals battalion in regime forces including the commander of the battalion by targeting them by IS militants in Tadmur area which is witnessing violent clashes between IS and regime forces. Russian warplanes raided Tadmur city and al-Qaritin area, no reports of losses.
