13 members from the “Islamic State” killed in airstrikes on Al-Raqqah and the leadership of “Al-Raqqah State” prevents members from staying in the headquarters and order them to go to frontlines

Al-Raqqah Province:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights observed the killing of at least 13 Syrian members from the “Islamic state” organization killed by a bombardment by warplanes, it is not clear whether they were Syrian, Russian or International Coalition’s warplanes, they targeted a warehouses near the Division 17 and a headquarters for “al-Hisba” in al-Wadi Street and the radio building and building of the blood bank and the area near the Palace of the Governorate in Al-Raqqah city and its vicinity, and preliminary information reported more human losses as a result of these airstrikes.

Also the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that the leadership of “Al-Raqqah State” issued strict instructions to its members after these airstrikes, that no member should stay inside the headquarters, and that everybody should go to the frontlines in the countryside of Al-Raqqah.
