Violent clashes in Kabani area and aerial bombardment targeted Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman, and factions announce the battle of “Radd al-Mazalem”

Latakia Province:
Helicopters dropped barrel bombs after midnight yesterday on areas in Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman in the northern countryside of Latakia, no information about casualties, while violent clashes are taking place since the dawn of today between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them from Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities against the First Sahiliya Division, The Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Ansar al-Sham, the Second Sahiliya Division, The Islamic Turkestan Party, Jabhat Al-Nusra (al-Qaeda in Levant) and rebel and Islamic factions in Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, while several factions including Ansar al-Sham Battalions, First Sahiliya Division, al-Shamaliyyah Division, Jaysh al-Islamic and the Islamic movement of Ahrar al-Sham have issued a statement which the Syrian Observatory for human rights received a copy of it, the statement said:
“”after the large number of violations and the infringements by the regime forces from targeting the camps of displaced people to the continuous shelling by the points of the regime on the residential neighborhoods, we announce the forming of a joint operation room and the start of the battle of  “Rad al-Mazalem”* in response to the abuses and violations by the army of al-Assad, and we promise every military detachment which a shell came out of them on our secure people that we will respond strongly so they will be an example to other military checkpoints and positions””

“Radd al-Mazalem” means: preventing and stopping the injustices
