Violent clashes are still taking place in the vicinity of Kabani area in the northern ​​countryside of Latakia between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them from Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the First Sahiliya Division, The Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Ansar al-Sham, the Second Sahiliya Division, The Islamic Turkestan Party, Jabhat Al-Nusra (al-Qaeda in Levant) and other rebel and Islamic factions, where the clashes were accompanied by airstrikes carried out by warplanes and helicopter on the clashing areas and on other areas controlled by factions, in conjunction with a heavy shelling by the regime forces on Kabani area.
