On charge of “smuggling alcohol to regime forces’ controlled areas” the “Islamic State” execute a man in the countryside of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province:
Sporadic clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” on the outskirts of al-Hwiqa neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor, while warplanes bombed areas in Mhimideh village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, also reliable sources informed the activists of the Syrian Observatory for human rights that the “Islamic state” executed a young man from al-Bogeleyyah area northwest of Deir Ezzor at the roundabout of al-Hesan village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where they shot him on charges “smuggling alcohol to regime forces’ controlled areas in Deir Ezzor”, while helicopters opened fire on a bus in the road of Deir Ezzor–Damascus south of Deir Ezzor city, which injured 2 citizen women.
