IS releases a member in the Shariaa police in Der-Ezzor

Der-Ezzor province: SOHR were informed that the IS released a member in IS who killed a woman earlier and wounded her child by shooting them in the village of Sbekham, the member is from al-Miadin city and he is a member in the Islamic police in IS, he shot a dog in a house near the village of Sbekhan after the dog attacked him, what made a young man goes out of the house and argue with the IS member, the IS member shot him in the hand, the mom went out and argued with the IS member and fight with him, what made the member shot the woman and kill her, IS detained the member and then he was released in ” self defense case”.
