The “Islamic State” executed four boys and young men in Al-Raqqah, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received copies of images for 4 young men dressed in the “orange dress” and handcuffed, and then they were transferred to areas exposed to airstrikes earlier, then members from the organization slaughtered them and separated their heads from their bodies, on charge of “filming locations and giving information to the Crusader Coalition which caused shelling and killing Muslims”
