A new agreement between the regime forces and the prisoners of the Central Prison of Hama

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned by intersecting sources that the prisoners who started the revolt in the Central Prison of Hama have reached an agreement with the prison’s authorities, to allow the prisoners to move entirely inside the Central Prison of Hama, and that the electricity, water and services will get back to the prison and prisoners, in exchange for releasing Hama Police Chief and calming down the situation inside the prison, while prisoners still holding the director of the Central Prison and several other members, demanding for all of them to be release at once and without conditions or a slowdown in the release process.
