Warplanes commit a massacre in al-Raqqa city

al-Raqqa province: 10 civilians were killed including 2 women by aerial bombardment targeted al-Mashlab neighborhood and other areas of Raqqa city, while many others were wounded in addition to material damages in civilians properties.
