The electricity is cut-off of most of the capital Damascus and 4 other provinces

 The electricity is cut-off of most of the southern areas from Syria which is the provinces of Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Al-Quneitra, Daraa and al-Suwaidaa because the gas needed to run these power plants was cut-off.
