The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that the “Islamic state” allowed Internet cafes to work in the city of al-Bokamal east of Deir Ezzor province, after closing it since the New Syria Army attacked the desert of the city, and the activists of the observatory monitored the organization arresting tens of former fighters from al-Asala and al-Tanmiyah Front and the brigade of Omar al-Mukhtar, and they were taken to unknown destinations
