825 killed, including 128 civilians during 35 days of military operations in Manbij city and its area

The military operation of Manbij and the attempt by The Syria Democratic Forces to take the control of the “Islamic state” entered its 35th day, during this period; violent clash took place between both parties, which resulted in the advancement of SDF coming from the West Bank of the River Euphrates, all the way up to cutting the main roads to get the city, which are the roads of: Manbij–Jarablos, Manbij–Al-Raqqah and Manbij–al-Bab–Aleppo and besieging the city completely, which made the organization start violent and sporadic attacks in an attempt to lift the siege of the city, most recently yesterday when the organizing attacked the city from 3 areas and being able to achieve an advancement, but that advancement wasn’t strategic enough to give him an open corridor to its members inside the city, also the Syria Democratic Forces are trying to advancement with caution within the city, because there are hundreds of mines planted by the organization in the homes within the city, and because there are tens of thousands of civilians still trapped within the city, yet about 13 thousand civilians including thousands of children and women managed to escape the city, and get to areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces who are backed by the coalition’s warplanes targeting sites and positions of the organization.

The clashes since the 31st of May 2016 until the dawn of the 4th of July have killed 128 civilian citizens, including 37 children under the age of eighteen and 26 citizen women, and among them 50 civilians including 16 children and 10 citizens and 8 prisoners were killed in the airstrikes of the international coalition, and the rest of them were killed by targeting by the “Islamic state”, mine explosions, shelling and shooting by Syrian democratic forces, while the clashes, detonate booby trapped vehicles and mine explosions have killed at least 108 fighters from Syria Democratic Forces, while 589 members from the “Islamic State” organization were killed in the bombing, clashes and airstrikes of the international coalition on Manbij city and its countryside.
