Ill people got out of Zabadani, Kafriya and Al-Fu’ah and aid convoy waits to enter Kafriya and al-Fu’aa and threats to target them by field commander

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that two ill people got out of the towns of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northeastern countryside of Idlib, they were transferred to Latakia city, also two ill people were got out of Zabadani city to Idlib by the mediation of Red Crescent, meanwhile reliable sources informed the activists of the Syrian Observatory for human rights that a convoy of humanitarian and food aid headed to the towns of Kafriya and Al-Fu’ah in the northeastern countryside of Idlib, has reached Qal’aat al-Madiq in the western countryside of Hama by the protection of an Islamic movement, in conjunction with receiving voice recordings (the sources said that it was from a local field commander in an Islamic faction believed to be Jabhat Al-Nusra (al-Qaeda in Levant)) talking about the need to prevent the entry of the convoy to both towns, where he vowed to target the convoy in response to the constant bombardment by warplanes in Idlib province and due to committing two massacres in the town of Talmanas today in the western countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man and in the city of Idlib yesterday, while other sources said that the convoy may be distributed to the villages of Sahl al-Ghab.
