IS and SDF negotiating the evacuation of civilians from Menbej

SOHR was informed that the coalition warplanes dropped paper notes on Menbej city with photo for SDF militant and flag shooting IS militant with note of ” there is an end for every oppressor”, SOHR was informed that IS commanders in Menbej and SDF commanders are negotiating to evacuate the wounded civilians from the city for letting the wounded in IS evacuate the city of Menbej.
