IS closes more internet cafes in Der-Ezzor countryside

Der-Ezzor province: SOHR was informed that the IS closed 3 internet cafes in al-Besera town amid allowing another cafe to open in the town, IS also allowed one internet cafe to open in al-Shehel town after closing it for 3 months.

Hama province: Aerial bombardment targeted areas of Zaiazon electricity station and the villages of Hamada and Soha in the eastern countryside of Salamia, no reports of losses. Regime forces bombarded areas of Herbanafsa in the southern countryside of Hama.
