The “Islamic State” organization detains citizens and defames another in Al-Raqqah city

Al-Raqqah Province:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed by reliable sources in the city of Al-Raqqah that the “Islamic State” organization arrested three young men in Tal Abyad Street at Al-Raqqah, and took them away to an unknown destination, while the organization defamed a young man and roamed him within the city on charges of “smuggling Muslims to outside the territory of the Caliphate State”, according to sources from the city, while other reliable sources informed the Observatory’s activists that the “Islamic state” informed the owners of the shops of money exchange, jewelry and goldsmiths that they should be to enrolled in “Sharia” courses hosted by the organization in the city.
