The “Islamic State” whips a man in al-Mayadin and executes another in Al-Raqqah

Deir Ezzor Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed by reliable sources that the “Islamic state” whipped a man “100 lashes” at al-Tebiyyah roundabout in al-Mayadin city east of Deir Ezzor province, because he “pretended to be a member from the organization”, while tens of citizens including children watched hem being whipped, while a fighter from the factions was killed during clashes against the regime forces in the northern countryside of Latakia.

Al-Raqqah Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information that the “Islamic State” organization executed a man in the city of Al-Raqqah on charges of “smuggling citizens outside the land of the Caliphate”.
