Clashes breakout between regime forces and IS around Tadmur

Homs province: Warplanes targeted areas of Talbisa and Ter Maala, no reports of losses. Clashes took place between regime forces and IS on the road between Tadmur and al-Sokhna, reports of losses in both sides.
