Violent clashes renewed in Al-Hasakah city after the efforts to cease fire fail, explosions rocked areas in the city

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources, that the calm situation that prevailed in the city of Al-Hasakah since before noon today, ended with the start of the violent clashes about an hour ago between the internal Kurdish security forces “Asayish” and the Kurdish forces against the NDF and the gunmen loyal to the regime, after the efforts of the elders and notables of the city failed to continue the truce and stop the fight in the city, which witnessed a large displacement movement, the displacement is renewed intensely whenever clashes stopped in the city, also explosions were heard in the city caused by the exchange of shelling between both sides using mortar and artillery shells, amid the sound of the flight of warplanes in the sky of the city, while a girl was killed after being shot by a sniper at al-Ghazl area, activists from the city said that NDF shot on the location where the girl was, which injured her and later she died affected by her wounds , rising to 27 -including 11 children and four citizen women- the number of people who were killed in the city of Al-Hasakah during the past three days, by the regime forces’ shelling, sniper fire and shelling exchange in the city between the Asayish and NDF in the city.
