Conflict information about reaching a cease-fire agreement in Al-Hasakah city, the people’s movement within the city is paralyzed

Al-Hasaka Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The central of the city of Al-Hasakah is still witnessing a caution calmness coupled with the sounds of shelling at the southern outskirts of the city by the regime forces, while the information is still conflicted about reaching a cease-fire agreement in the city between the Kurdish forces and internal Kurdish Security Forces “Asayish” in a hand, and the regime forces in the city of Al-Hasakah in the other hand, while intersecting sources confirmed that the shelling and gunfire can still be heard from the southern outskirts of the city, amid hearing the roar of warplanes in the skies of the city every now and then, amid continued paralysis of the people’s movement within the city, except for the families who are trying to flee towards areas distant from shelling and clashes.
