Silence in al-Hasakah city, and IS lashes a man in Der-Ezzor

al-Hasakah province: The city of Hasakah is witnessing silence after violent clashes between regime forces backed by NDF against al-Asayesh and Kurdish parties amid mutual bombardment from both sides.

SOHR was informed that the IS lashed a young man in al-Takaia neighborhood with 70 lashes for “selling porn movies”.
