Turkish forces backed by the coalition airstrikes start a military operation in Jarablis

The coalition warplanes backed by Turkish forces have started the operation to liberate Jarablis city which is taken over by the IS northeast of Aleppo on the Turkish borders, the city is witnessing from the 4th am until now, heavy bombardment and aerial bombardment, preparing for the rebel factions to break into the city backed by Turkish special forces, SOHR was informed that Turkish tanks and vehicles have started to cut the roads which leads to Jarablis before rebel factions enter the city, in case rebels were able to take control on the town, the IS will lose the last connection between the Turkish and Syrian lands.

It is worth to mention that Jarablis located on the Turkish-Syrian borders and inhabited by 30,000 the majority of them are Turkmen then Arabian, and it is the hometown of the dissident officer ” Abo Furat” who led the operation to take control on the infantry school in Aleppo 2 years ago.
