Shells fell on Deir Ezzor city and about 13 dead and wounded -mostly from one family- in airstrikes at a village in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur

Deir Ezzor Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Shells fell on areas at the neighborhoods of al-Jura and al-Qosur which are controlled by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city, which caused injuries and information about killing a person.

Idlib Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Cargo planes dropped aid at areas in the towns of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northeastern countryside of Idlib, also it rose to 3 -including a child and a citizen woman- and about 10 others were wounded -including three citizen women- when the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on areas at the village of al-Janudiyah located in the countryside of Jisr al-Shughur city.
