The start of the second phase of Al-Hasakah agreement and handing over the bodies, wounded, prisoners and detainees

Al-Hasaka Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received confirmed information about the start of the second phase of Al-Hasakah agreement between the internal Kurdish security forces “Asayish” with the Kurdish forces and the authorities of the regime, which is handing over the prisoners, wounded and the bodies each party has to the other party, and delivering the arrested citizens by NDF to the Kurdish forces, while it is expected in the coming days for the regime forces and NDF to begin evacuating  their positions in the city, while the presence of the security branches will be limited to inside of the security box of the regime forces with government buildings in the same box.
