Aerial bombardment on Al-Ghantu town kills a man and his wife and clashes in Palmyra desert and in the vicinity of an oilfield

Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Clashes are taking place between members from the regime forces, NDF and the gunmen loyal to them against the “Islamic state” in the vicinity of the grain silos in the eastern desert of Palmyra, and the area around Ark oilfield, in conjunction with targeting by the regime forces at the clash areas, while areas in the besieged neighborhood of al-Wa’er were shelled by the regime forces, after being targeted by seven airstrikes by warplanes, killing a person and wounding several others, while a man and his wife were killed and others were injured when warplanes bombed areas in Al-Ghantu town in the northern countryside of Homs.
