IS suicide attack targets rebels and Turkish forces in Jarablis

SOHR was informed that a suicide car exploded west of Jarablis countryside, the attacked is a member in IS from Morocco, targeted rebels and confirmed reports of devastating 2 vehicles and led to human losses.
