The regime forces flee from the town Maa’rdis and the factions advance to about 11 km away of Hama city

Violent clashes are still taking place in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama at a distance of about 11 km away of Hama city, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions and Jund al-Aqsa organization, where the last mentioned continue expelling the regime forces of villages and towns of the northwestern countryside of Hama since the dawn of yesterday until this moment, and the factions managed during the hours after the sunset of today to control the town Maa’rdis after controlling Soran town today; and controlling -since the day before yesterday until now- the towns and villages of Halfaya, al-Masasneh, al-Bwayda, Tayyibat al-Imam, al-Zallaqiyyat, Btish, Zor al-Nasiriya, Zor al-Hisa, Zor al-Mahraqa and al-Wibda, and the checkpoints of al-Bwayda, Zlin and vinicity of Tayyibat al-imam, now the factions are at the outskirts of Muhradah town controlled by the regime forces and inhabited by Christian citizens, these clashes and the exchanged shelling resulted in the death and injury of tens of members of the regime forces and the gunmen loyal to them who were forced to flee from most of the above-mentioned areas, also tens of factions’ fighters were injured in the same attack.
