Deir Ezzor Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Cargo plane dropped more than 25 parachutes of aid over regime forces’ controlled areas in Deir Ezzor city, while a woman and her daughter were killed by bombing by warplanes over areas in al-Ji’aa village at the western countryside of Deir Ezzor.

 

Al-Hasaka Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A young man was killed when a mine planted by the “Islamic State” earlier exploded in a car he was riding at the road of Abu Qasayeb – Tal Marouf at the area of Tal Hamis in the countryside of Hasaka, also a fighter from YPG was killed in a mine explosion planted by the organization at the outskirts of al-Ramayed village in Tal Hamis area in the countryside of Al-Hasakah.
