Amir of al-Khair state judge two young men for helping another young man to escape the state.

The Amir of al-Khair state in the IS state announced a low judgement against the two young men ( Jasim Mohammad al-Hasan, and Yasir al-Hanshoul ) from the tripe of Albomustafa which inhabit al-Miadin area, the judgement is 50 lashes and a month of detention for each, after they attempted to help another young man to escape the city of al-Miadin, the man was executed for impersonating a security member in IS.
