After the commutation of sentence by Abu Khattab al-Iraqi… the “Islamic State” organization whips two men in al-Mayadin

Diwan relations official in the organization, came to funeral of two children fighters from the “Caliphate cubs” who were killed a few days ago in the clashes at the countryside Shaddadi city south of Al-Hasakah province, he took out a paper, which was a “response” of “Wali of al-Khayr State” Abu Khattab al-Iraqi to the “request of mercy” presented by the elders of al-Bumostafa clan and al-Mayadin city to “forgive” both young men ((Jassim Mohammed al-Hasan & Yasser Hamad al-Hanshoul)), in the response he said that the commutated sentence was granted considering the sacrifices made by the clan of al-Bumostafa and because “no penalty-of-death-crime according to Sharia was made”
