Several people with medical conditions and injuries were evacuated out of Madaya and al-Fu’ah, Madaya outskirts targeted

Rif Dimashq Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a Red Crescent team entered the besieged city Madaya, and evacuated a child suffering a medical condition in addition to a man injured by a sniper, in exchange of evacuating 2 similar cases out of the town of al-Fu’ah which is inhabited by Shiite citizens in the countryside of Idlib, and information about evacuating two other cases out of Madaya city for people with snipers injuries, while the regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire and snipers on areas at the outskirts of Madaya city, which is besieged by the regime forces and the Lebanese Hezbollah, there were no information about injuries, the Islamic factions also targeted using several shells areas controlled by the “Islamic State” in the eastern Qalamoun, no information about casualties so far, while a shell of an anonymous source landed on the power plant area in the Nasiriyah at Qalamoun, and caused no casualties.
