Russian forces are taking positions on the Castello road

SOHR was informed that regime forces are ready to deliver the positions in the Castello road to the Russian forces along the road. It is awaiting for the humanitarian aids to cross the road into the eastern neighborhood in the 3rd day of the casefire, the neighborhood is besieged since 17 July 2016 since it was taken over by the regime forces backed by non-Syrian militants.
