48 hours without casualties in the ceasefire areas preceded by 185 civilian casualties in 2 days just before it

 

The Russian-American agreement had completed its first 48 hours, the calm is still prevailing most of the Syrian areas, Homs, Hama, Latakia and Damascus, Idlib, Rif Dimashq and Al-Raqqah, and the rest of the Syrian areas that are supposed to be included in the cease-fire agreement since seven o’clock yesterday evening the 12th of September 2016, also the Syrian Observatory for human rights did not document the death of any civilian or fighter ( or death due to injury) during the past 48 hours, or the death of any member from the regime forces.

 

 

Where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented and observed the rebel and Islamic Factions targeting a vehicle belongs to the regime forces in the northern countryside of Al-Quneitra, and the fall of shells launched by the factions on areas in town Hodr which is controlled by the regime forces in the same countryside, and the fall of five shells launched by the regime forces at places in the vicinity of the towns of Aqraba and Sheikh Hussein in the countryside of Daraa, and at an area at the eastern countryside of Daraa, also the regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire on areas in the town of Western al-Gharya, the regime forces also launched three shells on areas in the town of Hazrma and al-Nashabiyah in al-Marj area in the Eastern Ghouta which caused physical damage, no information about the casualties, while warplanes bombed three missiles at least on areas at the outskirts of Khan al-Sobol near the international road, causing damage to the property of citizens and injuring a man and a child, while warplanes carried out a raid on area at the outskirts of the eastern neighborhood of Khan Shaykhun town in the southern countryside of Idlib; near the road to al-Taman’aa town, causing the injury of a child and material damage in the place of targeting, while four shells launched by the regime forces and landed on area at al-Marhamiyyeh village in the southeastern countryside of Aleppo, which injured a citizen and killed several heads of cattle, while a shell launched by the regime forces and landed on area in al-Sakhur neighborhood in Aleppo city, resulting in material damage, and three shells at least landed on areas in the vicinity of Bayanoun town, the locals of the town accused the gunmen loyal to the regime in the towns of Nubl and al-Zahraa of targeting the area around the town, also warplanes targeted using machineguns and other areas in the road linking the towns of Kafrnaha and Atareb in the western countryside of Aleppo, no information about injuries, while clashes continued until after midnight yesterday between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the organization of Jund al-Aqsa and the rebel and Islamic factions, in the vicinity of al-Kabariyyah area near the village of Kawkab, after an attack by the faction and Jund al-Aqsa on al-Kabariyyah area, in conjunction with their attack on the town of Maan; advancing in al-Kabariyyah area and controlling several points, the clashes accompanied by an exchange of targeting and shelling between both parties, and by bombing by the helicopters and warplanes on areas in the vicinity and near the clash areas, also warplanes carried out 2 raids targeting residences of nomads and their vicinity by four missiles in the area between the south of Kafr Zita town and the north of Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, causing material damage, in addition to injuring several persons.

 

 

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has not documented the death of any civilian or fighter in the ceasefire areas at Syria during the first 48 hours, while the Syrian Observatory was able to document the death of 6 citizens in areas controlled by the “Islamic State”, which are outside of the ceasefire agreement, the casualties are a child, 2 citizen women and three men; they were killed when warplanes bombed Bzaah in the countryside of Aleppo, the countryside of Shaddadi south of Al-Hasakah, and in a mine blast at Manbij area.

 

 

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 185 civilians citizen since the Russian and Americans announced reaching a ceasefire agreement at the 10th of September until the 12th of September; the start date of the agreement, and among the casualties there are 42 children and 35 citizen women, including two men and a citizen woman were killed at regime’s controlled areas in Aleppo city and the capital Damascus after the fall of shells on areas there, while the rest were killed in massacres carried out by the warplanes and the regime forces by targeting several towns and cities in Syria, in addition to the fall of shells, sniper fire and in other circumstances.

 

 

Also the Observatory documented the death of 28 people, they are a child, 2 citizen women and 25 men who were killed in ISIS controlled areas in Deir Ezzor, Aleppo and Al-Raqqah, due to raids, executions, explosion of mines and the fall of shells during the 2 days preceded the start of the ceasefire agreement.
