moving 200 people from al-Waer is delayed until tomorrow

Reliable sources reported to SOHR that the 3rd starge of al-Waer agreement will be delayed until tomorrow, since it was awaiting for the families of fighters to be moved into Idlib province, 200 people were ready to move in buses which came this morning to transport them before the announcement of the delay
