A new batch of aid enters the city of Talbiseh and clashes in the eastern desert of Homs

Homs Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The violent clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” in the areas of al-Sekkary and the silos in the eastern countryside of Homs, and information about casualties among both parties, while helicopters dropped explosive barrels on areas in the village of Ezz al-Din in the northern countryside of Homs, while the activists of the Syrian Observatory for human Rights were informed that a new batch of humanitarian aid is on its way to Talbiseh city north of Homs province, to complete a convoy of 10 aid trucks which entered dawn of today.
