Asayish forces detain citizens at the southeastern part of Al-Hasakah city after “graffiti against them”

Al-Hasaka Province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Cross sources informed the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the internal security forces “Asayish” arrested several people from Ghwyran neighborhood southeast of Hasaka city and took them to unknown destination, the sources said that they were arrested after graffiti written weeks ago on the walls of the neighborhood which is controlled by YPG and Asayish, while SOHR received information about the death of a young man by a gunshot from the Kurdish forces while he was being arrested to be taken to the “duty of self-defense” in Malkiyyeh area (Dirk).
