Continued clashes between IS and regime forces in Der-Ezzor

Der-Ezzor province: Clashes taking place between IS and regime forces around al-Huwaqa and al-Rashidia and around the mount of al-Tharda amid aerial bombardment on al-Muazafin neighborhood and the outskirt of 137 brigade. IS targeted with mortars areas of al-Jora, al-Qusor, and Harabish which are controlled by the regime. IS cut off the hand of a man in al-Faihaa yard in al-Bokamal city for stealing a motorbike.
