The “Islamic State” shells the countryside of Shaddadi and information about cutting palms of ISIS members at Al-Raqqah

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The “Islamic state” targeted using shells positions of The Syria Democratic Forces in the village of al-Azzawi south of Shaddadi in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, no information about casualties yet.

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
SOHR received information that the “Islamic state” organization “cut the palms” of two of its own members in the city of Al-Raqqah, the main stronghold of the organization, on charges of “stealing the Islamic state’s money”.
