About 25 young men arrested, and ISIS publishes 15 detainees’ names ISIS said they were executed

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed by reliable sources that the “Islamic state” has arrested about 25 people from the village of Sabha in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, this happened after three people from the village surrendered to the organization after fleeing from the ranks of the New Syria Army, also the sources confirmed to activists of the Observatory that the organization published the names of 15 people from the same village were detained for nearly two years, the organization said they have executed them on charges of “fighting the Islamic state and refusing repentance”
