35 militants killed during clashes around Ikhtren area

SOHR was informed that no less than 13 rebels who are backed by the Turkish forces were killed during clashes against IS which lost 20 militants during the same clashes around Ikhtren area 12km northeast of Marea in the northern eastern countryside. IS attempted to re-take control on the strategic area near Dabeq. Rebels were able to take control on al-Masoudia village near Ikhtrin, in an attempt to reach Ikhtren strategic town to take a turn around al-Raii and reach Marea which 20 villages of its countryside are taken over by IS, the clashes accompanied by Mutual bombardment from both sides.
