After failed efforts to end the dispute… fierce clash between Ahrar al-Sham against Jund al-Aqsa in several towns, villages and cities in the countryside of Idlib

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were informed that violent clashes broke out between al-Jund al-Aqsa fighters and the fighters of the Islamic movement of Ahrar al-Sham in the countryside of Idlib, after less than 24 hours of the start of the tensions and the outbreak of clashes between them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by several reliable sources that clashes took place between both parties in the southern countryside of Idlib, where the clashes began after an attack by the Islamic movement of Ahrar al-Sham and concentrated at the headquarters of Jund al-Aqsa and checkpoints and positions in Maarrat al-Nu’man, al-Hamdiyyeh and al-Mastumah in addition to clashes between them in KafrSajneh, Sarmada, Jrzinaz, Abdeen and Ma’erzita, where Ahrar al-Sham took over the headquarters of Jund al-Aqsa, while SOHR received an information reported that a local field leader of Jund al-Aqsa was killed after being targeted by the other fighters in the northern countryside of Idlib, the clashes came after the efforts of mediators and factions leaders failed to stop the tension and put an end the dispute between both parties, local sources confirmed to the observatory that the violent continued clashes in KafrSajneh caused casualties in the ranks of both parties.
