Displacing of hundreds of fighters and their families from al-Hameh and Qudsayya is completed

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that the agreement between the factions in Qudsayya and al-Hameh with the regime forces is now completed, all bus got out of both towns located at the outskirts of the capital Damascus toward Idlib province, there were about 150 fighters and hundreds of their families on those buses, while more than 300 fighters waiting start “settling their situation” by the regime, and the regime forces will enter Qudsayya and al-Hameh and take control of all points used to be controlled by the factions, the agreement was done without an intermediary or third party guarantor of the agreement.*
