Justice Minister in the regime of Bashar Assad issues a “pardon” for detainees in the central prison of Homs

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that Justice Minister in the regime of Bashar Assad issued a “pardon ” for more than 40 detained persons in the central prison of Homs, who were arrested on the background of the Syrian revolution that began at the 15th of March 2011, the sources of the Observatory reported that detainees involved in this pardon have refused to be released three years ago, fearing not to be taken “reserve duty” in the ranks of regime forces.
