SOHR was informed that rebels backed by Turkish forces and airstrikes are scanning the villages of Talalin and al-Salehia near Dabeq and Marea, in order to control the surrounding villages of Dabeq completely, after IS pulled back from Soran, Dabeq, Ehtimlat, al_Salihia,and A’zaz in the northern eastern countryside.
